Chandrakala

I have been working in the field body-mind therapeutic approaches and meditation since 1983. After travelling, studying and working in many countries of the world, I have integrated into my work different teachings inherited from the great eastern traditions combined with the western energetic body-mind therapeutic approaches.

In the 80’s I co-led a healing arts and meditation center in Rimouski for ten years. Therefore I have been one of the pioneers in this field in Quebec, spreading holistic approaches as means for personal growth and expanding consciousness.
Later on, I joined the Osho International Multiversity in Pune – India, as a staff member for 10 years. There I coordinated the program for the ´School for Centering and Zen Martial Arts´ for 5 years, designing and supervising the courses and trainings of the school based on eastern traditions including Zen, Sufism, Taoism and the Forth Way through the Gurdjieff sacred movements.

Now based in Canada, my work and interests are oriented towards centering, grounding, relaxation and consciousness through methods leading from the body to the soul.
I facilitate workshops and retreats such as the Zen retreat Satori – Who Am I?, Die before dying, Hara centering, Qi Gong, Conscious Relating, the Gurdjieff sacred movements and Meditation retreats.

I consider that there is a need for solid methods to be able to learn about ourselves and about life; to be consciously the creator of one’s own life rather than a resigned victim of it. We have practical and amazingly helpful tools to facilitate the growth process of each individual who seeks to become a full human being, according to his real potential.

If you want to go deep, go with others.”
